What size range do your pressed elbows cover?
Nominal sizes ½″ to 48″, covered by automatic elbow forming machines and four-column presses; the largest, a 2200T press, forms 34″–48″. Wall schedules run from 10S to 160S depending on size and machine. 180° returns are made in ¾″–1½″ and 4″–6″.
What is the lead time? Do you have stock?
Common sizes of elbows, tees, reducers, caps and flanges are kept in stock, and stock orders ship the same day. Non-standard sizes, large bores and parts made to drawing are scheduled per order, and the lead time is confirmed in the quote.
Which materials can you supply?
Carbon steel 20# and Q235; low-alloy steel 16Mn and Q345; stainless 304 (S30408), 304L (S30403), 316 (S31608) and 316L (S31603); duplex stainless 2205 and 2507; alloy steel on request. Other common flange materials can also be supplied; state the grade in your inquiry.
Which standards do you make to?
GB, SHJ, HGJ, ANSI, JIS, DIN and other international standards, or customer drawings.
Can you make to drawing or non-standard specs?
Yes. We design and produce to customer requirements. Please attach drawings and technical requirements to your inquiry.
Which countries do you export to?
Besides China, we sell to the United States, Europe, Japan, Mexico, South Korea, Thailand, India, Romania and other Asian countries.
Which industries use your products?
District heating, oil, natural gas, chemicals, thermal and nuclear power plants, food processing, construction, shipbuilding, pulp and paper, and pharmaceuticals.
Which certificates do you hold, and are they valid?
Current documents are our business license, a China Petrochemical Materials and Equipment Network qualification certificate valid until 10 July 2028, and a CNPC material supplier access certificate with no expiry date printed. Our special equipment manufacture license (pressure piping components) TS2710475-2026 was valid until 26 August 2026, and our China Classification Society ISO 9001 certificate until 18 October 2022; both have expired and are listed as past certificates on the Quality page. The issuing authority's record is the final word on status.
How do you control quality?
Production is organised to ISO 9001 quality management requirements. Products are lab-tested and dimensionally inspected before shipment, and large flanges are checked whole in the shop.
