Forged flanges and large flanges
Forged flanges and large flanges, machined in-house
- Common sizes kept in stock; stock orders ship the same day
- Carbon, low-alloy, stainless, duplex and alloy steel; see the materials table

Flanges make a bolted, removable joint between pipe, valves and equipment. We make forged flanges and also machine large flanges.
Flanges are machined from forged blanks on vertical lathes and power heads, and dimensionally checked before they leave. Large flanges are inspected in the shop, then lifted and loaded for shipment.
The same machine shop also produces tube sheets and other forgings.
