Lap-joint stub ends
Lap-joint stub ends for use with lap-joint flanges
- Common sizes kept in stock; stock orders ship the same day
- Carbon, low-alloy, stainless, duplex and alloy steel; see the materials table

A stub end works with a lap-joint flange. The flange does not touch the process fluid and can rotate to line up bolt holes, which is why stub ends are common on stainless lines where flange material is expensive.
We make stub ends to standard or to your drawing, and make the flanges too, so both can be supplied to the same standard.
