Butt-weld steel elbows
Steel butt-weld elbows, pressed ½″–48″, including 180° returns
- Common sizes kept in stock; stock orders ship the same day
- Carbon, low-alloy, stainless, duplex and alloy steel; see the materials table

Elbows change the direction of a pipeline and are among the most used fittings in any piping system. Ours are formed on automatic elbow forming machines and four-column hydraulic presses, with induction hot-push equipment for elbow forming as well.
By machine capacity, pressed elbows cover ½″ to 48″: ½″–2½″ on the 100T and 200T machines, 3″–12″ on the 300T and 600T automatic forming machines, 14″–32″ on the 2100T automatic machine and 800T press, and 34″–48″ on the 2200T four-column press.
180° return bends are made in ¾″–1½″ (200T press) and 4″–6″ (600T 180° forming machine).

Questions
What is the largest elbow Xiushui can make?
With current equipment, the largest pressed elbow is 48″. The 2200T four-column press forms 34″–48″ in wall schedules 10S, 20S, 40S and 80S.
Which wall thickness can you make for a given size?
It depends on size and machine. For example, 8″–12″ is 10S–80S, 14″–24″ on the automatic machine is 10S, 40S and 80S, and ¾″–2″ on the 100T press goes to 160S and above. Send the nominal size and schedule and we will confirm it against the machine.
